Over the River and Through the (vintage paper) Woods

If you have cookie cutters, you have holiday table decorations! Just trace your favorite onto sheet music or wonderfully aged text paper, cut and sprinkle with glitter, and your table will sparkle in a way that my camera just can't pick up. My trees and little Thanksgiving song squares are dusted with vintage German glass glitter, which is coarse and brilliant, purchased from this great etsy shop, ChristopherPines.etsy.com
And just a side note here- these (of course!) took longer to make than I would have thought, which is why I only have two sets for sale in my shop :0 But they sure make the table look great!

A Peach of a Weekend

One of my wonderful nieces was married a few weeks ago, in a tiny town in the middle of Georgia. Very simple, very lovely, and in perfect harmony with the rustic surroundings. The wedding favors were local peaches, hand picked at Dicky's Peaches across the street from the church, and where the groom worked during his summer vacations.
