A Day at the Vintage Beach
For Mother's Day, I sent my mom-in law, a simple and gorgeous necklace of old beach glass crafted by GhostShip.etsy.com. I love the beach, so thought I'd share a little more of this shop's beautiful pieces, tucked in between some beautiful etsy art photos. Enjoy!

A Vintage Hello for Mom
One of my favorite finds ever was a 1890's scrapbook filled with advertising art! So I copied some of the fragile images to use in making collage Mother's Day Cards. They are pictured here, along with a 1940's cereal ad card, and a journal crafted from The Farmer's Wife graphic. Very fun for a mom!

It's Not Your Mother's Tupperware Party
What fun! My home was turned into a store for a day this weekend as I hosted an art show for my virtual community on etsy, the NCTriangle Street Team. The theme was Handmade for the Holidays, and shoppers were invited to feast on Christmas treats while browsing through the tables of 15 sellers. I love living in a store!
